Want to Take a Course on Privacy?

Privacy is sometimes viewed as a lost cause.   Advertisements for items appear on your facebook page that were mentioned in emails sent to you from complete strangers.  Never mind three-letter official law enforcement agencies, the commercial universe knows more about you than you know yourself.  Amazon has known for years what you want before you know you want it: http://www.nbcnews.com/video/rock-center/50020547 .

Nothing will guarantee 100% privacy and security, but there are many actions you can and probably should take, to limit the exposure of your private and confidential information.  Don't give up yet.  There are ways to maintain a high level of privacy in your person to person communications, if you want to use them.

The following are some candidates for a series of classes on the available methods, software, and systems, and how to use them.
